If less than 2 weeks prior to date a $200 late booking fee will apply, (These fees does not apply for memorial pieces)
To book, we require your name, contact information, event date and 50% non-refundable retainer to reserve your spot. When you booking your date you will receive a contact agreement. You will have 14 days to sign the contact and agree to the terms the contract offer will expire and your date will become available to other brides.
Your retainer will be applied to your final balance.
If client wishes to cancel services after the non refundable retainer has been paid and the contract signed, the non refundable retainer will not be refunded. In the event of needing to postpone or an unexpected change with your event, please message us and we are more than happy to accommodate to your new date pending availability for new date. Step Two: Preservation
Once your event is complete, please make sure to place your flowers in water to keep them well hydrated. We like to receive your flowers within one to two days of your event for optimum freshness. It is normal for petals to show small spots of bruising once encased in resin. To minimize this please avoid touching the blossoms, it is recommended that if you are throwing the bouquet you purchase alternate to toss and not your original bouquet. For Always is not responsible for lost or damaged florals during the shipping process.
Once your flowers have been received, we will begin our drying process. Each flower type is unique, so drying time varies. You will receive an email around 10 weeks. This is just an estimate, and a real time timeline will be provided once your flowers have been received.
Once the flowers are fully dried, we begin putting together your custom pieces. All flowers are preserved with the highest quality products and the utmost care. This process takes between 6-10 weeks depending on, how many layers are needed to cover your arrangement and the number of items you have ordered. We will send an email prior to preserving your flowers with design layout to review and approve. Layouts are not provided for add-on items. We do not proceed until you have approved the main design. This way we can assure that you are satisfied with the final layout.
The total preservation process takes approximately 3-4 months depending on order volumes.
Step Three: Pick Up/Shipping
Once your pieces have been completed, we will contact you through phone or email to arrange a pickup date and time.
